My only frustration in working with Booher Building Co. was the lack of communication. Four days went by with no workers showing up and no e-mail or phone call as to why. Once I got the whole story, I understood that the circumstances were out of Booher's control, but I would have appreciated someone letting me know that there woud be a delay. Further, my roommate works from home and was constantly having to field questions and relay messages to me; I didn't understand why I wasn't getting phone calls directly. Overall, the quality of the work was fine, but the experience was frustrating.

A little more expensive quote than other companies, but they were able to start right away and guarantee when the project would be done. They also listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to complete our vision for the project.

Booher Building installed a hardwood floor, stone veneer fireplace, mantel, and hearthstone. The team did a great job with each step, with the result being an attractive and solidly-constructed fireplace and floor, including accurate dimensions throughout. The team had to fix some minor wall and furniture damage that occurred during the project, and it did the repairs in full and in a timely manner. The project budget was clear and the team adhered to it. In summary, Booher Building did a fine job and I am happy with the result.

Rob was prompt and patient with the multiple estimates I requested and then provided exactly the work I requested for the competitve quote provided. The workmanship was exactly what I had hoped for and was done within a reasonable time frame. They were clean, cleaned up behind themselves, and quickly addressed a material defect in one screen within 24hrs of being notified. Great Customer Service!

Owner spent good amount of time assessing my repair needs. Estimates received in timely manner. Good communication leading up to project date. Staff very friendly and professional. I've since hired this company to do more work, and will likely seek them out for several projects planned for the future.
