Update! They lost my paper work. Can't find it, had some issues, gave them a chance to correct it, after they forgot about me, then came back with nothing. This is a family run business without a clue!!!

Our sincere apologies to Mr. H......we were very honest regarding his estimate, We did offer to come back, review the job and provide an estimate however he declined. As was explained to Mr. H we did experience ongoing family health emergencies at that time. While this isn't an excuse we would like others to know we were distracted and this isn't the way we handle our business.

Bonner Home Improvements did a great job on my second story room addition. There were minor issues at the onset that were resolved fairly and professionally. I was impressed with their willingness to please and their particular attention to detail. I would hire them again for future projects! J.M. Little

I was very pleased with the tile they laid for me. It looks great. They were professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, cleaned up after the job was complete. They took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend.

The entire experience with Bonner Home Improvement from the very first email locating them on Servicemaster was easy and pleasant.. Debbie is very professional and accomodating when making the appointment to get the estimate for the job, to scheduling the time for the improvement. John Bonner is also very professioinal and his workmanship is second to none. He's prompt, clean, and courteous and gets the job done in a timely fashion. I will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors and will call on them again for my home improvement needs. Susie A

There were some minor things, but worked it out. Everything was very timely, value was excellent. It was a foreclosed home, but the original builder did some things wrong. He noticed the issues, said that it needed to be fixed before he finished. I was very pleased.
