Project: Build an Addition
Mr. Boltz was not what I had expected I'd find when I was trying to find a general contractor. He is energetic and motivated,...on time, or ahead. His momentum propelled us through the entire project and he actually helped me keep up with things (since I took on the general contractor duties and used Willie as my framing contractor,...and advisor!)! His bid was quite reasonable, and exactly along the lines of what I had estimated. He delivered a beautifully, and precisely, constructed home for that exact price. And, at a tremendous pace! He communicated with me each day to ask me my thoughts about his work and to inform me of the plan for the following day. His knowledge is extensive and the results of his craftsmanship, of the utmost quality. You would be hard pressed to find as good a general/framing contractor in my opinion, let alone find a better one.

Mr. Boltz was on time, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. His bid was concise with all line items defined. Although I chose not to go forth with the deck at this time, I will definately call Boltz Construction in the future.

Working with Willie Boltz was a real pleasure. His initial consultation was honest and straight forward. He was punctual and his work was done in a timely manner. He was helpful with planning my long term project in spite of the fact that I wished to do much of it myself. The finished work was outstanding. Willie Boltz is not a flowery speaker. He is honest, a hard worker, and a man of integrety. I was very satisfied with experience with him.

I was exceptionally happy with every aspect of my association with Boltz Construction. Mr Boltz was very helpful and exceptionally professional. During the initial project review he listened to my plans, answered all questionsed, offered some good ideas and was very supportive of my ideas. He delivered an acceptable bid in a timely manner and was ready to initiate the work in a timely manner. I watched the construction of the deck from start to finish and I was consistently impressed with the care and exactness of Mr Boltz's work. All the work done was of excellent quality and the project was completed within the promised timeline. A++
