My experience with this company was very disappointing. The person was 5 hrs late to our initial meeting. He gave me a reasonable estimate and seemed knowlegable so I asked him to perform the task. He was supposed to install the humidifier today, but he did not show up. He did not even give me a call to let me know about it. The person promises alot and delivers nothing. I think it is unacceptable so I ended up hiring another contractor.

They were up right and direct to the point. Had some trouble with the fittings so took longer then expected. Made up for not having correct fitting by lowering the cost, clean up really good, and disposed of old water heater at no cost. I'm well please with the service. <br />Mike
