This company did not know what they were doing. They took more days then they promise to give us the appraisal. Also, I had shared my appraisal that I had to helped them move the process and my old appraisal was $600.000.00 which was back in September in a new home. The house next to us being a smaller unit sold for  $675.000.00. We complained and they said they would investigate and never got a call back again.  We paid them $350.00 for the appraisal and ended up with the same value of the builder’s old appraisal. Looks like they copied pasted the format on the appraisal I gave them. Very in-experience and very inprofessional. <br />
