Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
Bob Smalley designed and constructed a beautiful front porch area for us that has transformed the entire look of our house facing the street. Its unique design fits in perfectly with the rest of the home and does not look like an addition. It has added value and excellent outdoor living space for our family. Thank you Bob Smalley for the great work you and your friendly staff provided to us!

Absolutely the best experience - punctual,fast, clean, nice people, excellent work - couldn't be happier! Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. For me they replaced moldy walls and floors and built me a new bathroom. I have a new healthy home.

EXTREMLY REWARDING. HE WAS PATIENT WITH US AND WALKED US THROUGH EACH STEP. HIS TEAM WERE EXCELLENT IN THE WORK , EVEN TO DO A FEW EXTRA PROJECTS FOR US. WE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY HONEST AND PREFORMED EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP ON ALL PROJECTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOB SMALLEY & COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A REMODEL OR ADDITION, OR A BEAUTIFUL DECK. IN THE PROCESS OF WORK AFEW OTHER THINGS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND BOB SENT US TO OTHERS PROFESSIONALS IN OUR AREA, AND AGAIN HIS RECOMMENDATIONS WERE OUTSTANDING. NEEDLESS TO SAY, MORE THAN PLEASED. WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN ANY TIME.

Project: Build an Addition
Bob immediately contacted me by phone and email. He came to the house within a couple days to look at the proposal for the MB addition. Within a week he had drew up a proposal with computerized plans. With another two meetings and some tweeks, I accepted his contract. Bob completed the plans, for signature, and started the permit process with Butte County. The foundation has been poured, the project is on schedule and within budget. I meet with Bob everyday and his work force has been SUPER! THANK YOU SERVICE MAGIC. IF I HAD A HOUSE TO BE BUILT, BOB SMALLEY WOULD BE MY CONTRACTOR OF CHOICE.
