He is an asset to your company Rating: Project: Gas or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install Other than being a bit later than they said they'd arrive, the two young men completed the job and were friendly.  They could not use the electronic air cleaner they were initially trying… Read Complete Rating Other than being a bit later than they said they'd arrive, the two young men completed the job and were friendly.  They could not use the electronic air cleaner they were initially trying to install, which made an extra trip back to their company to pick up the correct size.  When installing the programmable thermostat in the hallway wall, they could not use the same "hole" the previous one had covered, so we have to repair that ourselves, which is not a major thing, but is disheartening.  That's the reason we didn't rate them a 5 star overall rating.
