They made themselves available quickly and proactively adjusted the scheduling of the maintenance to get it done in a timely fashion. <br /> <br />The only constructive criticism that I have is that I would recommend to Jimmy that he identifies himself as Bo Builders when initially answering the phone. He was very personable and friendly, but I was expecting to hear a business when I initially called and was confused to have the phone answered as if it was a personal phone number.
