Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Robert did a terrific job. The patio pavers at our new townhome were sticking up all over the place--a real hazard. Robert gave us options and didn't try to push us into spending more that we wanted to. For a very reasonable price he evened the pavers out so that the kids can now play safely back there. When we're ready to do some more elaborate hardscaping we will definitely go back to Robert.

Project: Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork
Riobert Ivanics gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work. He started the work on a morning that looked sunny and dry, but when an unexpected drenching rain began he continued steadily . He did much more detailed work than we had ever expected, and came back the next day to put on the finishing touches. We were so happy with his work that we paid him more than his estimate, which he first refused. Pleasant personality, very reasonable prices, and perfectionist work - what more can one expect?

He just completed the sink, just beautiful. He is very careful, will come back the next day to make sure it is working properly. He is a perfectionist, very careful, takes his time.
