Blue Ridge Home Energy Performance Analysis, LLC (BRHEPA) conducts home energy audits to help homeowners use less energy and thus save money while helping our planet. We have earned a reputation for thorough, professional work yielding actionable information shared in a user-friendly manner... all at a good price. We offer three levels of home energy audits. Level I (L1) Audits yield recommendations based on visual inspection of 11 key areas. This costs under $200 and takes about 2-3 hours. Level 2 (L2) Audits add computerized diagnostic testing, yielding more detailed information and focused recommendations. Comprehensive (L3) Ratings provide highly detailed reports suitable for bidding weatherization projects. A HERS Rating can also be paired with either L2 or L3 audits, resulting in a HERS Index and optional cost/benefit analyses for upgrades. HERS ratings are required for federally sponsored mortgage products. We also certify Energy Star homes and do solar site assessments.
