Selected this pro based on reviews, overall rating & location to rental property. First mowings were done high prompting tenants to say after even 1 or 2 days it appeared un-mowed & too long. Called to request adjustment. Next mowing resulting in long strips of scalping. Called to adjust. In Sept, service showed 2 days late, on a Saturday, disruptive for tenants. Next week a full "no show". Called to request immediate service & was told would be on next reg day. I was literally told "well it was just 1 miss, not like it was 3 or 4". I terminated service. Even "one" miss should be unacceptable to a business. Communication was an issue too.

They worked hard, even in the rain and I have engaged them for regular maintenance of my lawn, shrubs & flower beds.

The service and support was excellent, the work was good. I do feel like I overpaid for the work that was done, but everything I wanted was completed and the follow up was excellent.

Andres was prompt & courteous. In addition to lawn moving service, we inquired about two other jobs. He gave us a good quote and we agree to have him do some some hauling/removal work and a major lawn repair (kill/remove moss, replant grass). They have mowed once (we contracted for bi-weekly mowing) and it was awesome - looked like a ball-field with a cross-hatch pattern.
