Kris Knight was courteous and called me to tell me when he would arrive at my house since he was running late. He was able to do the work immediately for the best price. He also was very pleasant.

I purchased my home in 2007, the garage door opener was approx. 20 yrs old. Low and behold, the motor stopped working Oct, 2011. Service Magic provided me with a list of companies, after reading company profiles and speaking with each company, I selected BLUE DIAMOND ENTERPRISES USA. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from this company. The service technician installed my new garage door opener beautifully, and repaired / adjusted all other things that needed attention. The price that I received was very fair.
