Project: Service a Swimming Pool for Opening or Closing
Blue Aura came in on the day as they had scheduled. However, the quality of the work done was questionable. They "secured" the pool cover with water tubes, which I didn't really prefer (I asked for them to use screws to secure the cover to the deck), but was told was the recommended way to secure pool covers. Unfortunately, every time a strong wind blew, the cover would take the water tubes with it into the pool. As a result I had to go out a number of times and try and fix the cover and tubes, not to mention the amount of debris that collected in the pool due to the cover falling into the water. I would definitely not recommend Blue Aura.

Excellent at the pool closing... I especially liked when after they were done, they explained to me where they put everything & a few winter details. I will contact them again for my pool opening!

I was contacted by Blue Aura Pool service very quickly and was very impressed with Greg. I have scheduled pool service with his company to begin in May. I haven't actually had any service yet.

They were fantastic! Quick response, excellent service. They were candid and HONEST! My husband and I really had absolutely no idea what needed to be done and they came in, took care of what needed to be taken care of and told us what direction we need to go in! I can't wait until Spring so they can come back and open the pool for us!!

Blue Aura has not yet serviced the pool, but has only provided excellent feedback on what is needed. Therefore I can't offer an opinion yet on the other criteria. If you'd like a final rating, email again in about 2 weeks.
