Project: Build an Addition

My addition and remodeling project went very smoothly thanks to Kyle and his crew. They were always professional and most importantly, showed up every single day from the beginning of the project until the last day. I was never left to wonder where they were or when they were coming. The communication was excellent and Kyle always responded promtly to my requests and phone calls, always putting me at ease. Even after the last payment was made, they quickly came over to address left over issues. My neighbors are still surprised at how quickly the project was done. I am quite pleased with the end result.

I am pleased with the execution of the project, which done on time and within agreed-upon budget. Kyle has great work ethic and has addressed renovation challenges with commendable flexibility. I am pleased with the results and will not hesitate to engage Kyle again on future projects.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

Jake was great about coming up with a design for our small, dated, compact kitchen. We thought we knew what we wanted and Jake came up with a design for that as well as one that we considered 'thinking outside of the box.' We went with Jake's 'outside the box' design and we love it. He was willing to work with us to get the costs down - we did our own demo - and he also helped us keep within budget by guiding us towards granite and tile that would POP aesthetically without POPping our wallet. While the chimney hood is beautiful, we definitely could have used the storage space there. Will call them again.

We were very pleased to work with Kyle and Blaylock Design & Build. My husband and I started off with a variety of ideas for our project. While other designers were not as willing to work with us, Kyle was always very responsive and patient with us. He made everything seem possible and within budget. When we finalized on a plan, they were very quick to start and committed to finishing the project in a timely manner. They minimized the impact of the project on our daily lives and were reliable in their work ethic. They were committed to building high quality results, even addressing issues post completion. We are very satisfied.

We couldn't be happier with our choice in selecting Blaylock Design & Build for our contractor. We had been considering the addition project for quite some time and we were very specific in the things we wanted as part of the room. From the first meeting we were comfortable. Kyle sat with us and listened to our thoughts for the room, added in some suggestions for things here and there and then came back with a proposal that covered the details. Along the entire length of the project, he worked with us as we decided on colors, upgrades to cabinets, floor selections and many other little things that just made the room exactly what we wanted.
