very curtous, quick, (perhaps persistent). Attention to detail needed, did a good overall job but even after I showed the areas in need of followup still found some after they left. did not know they would be using bleach, if i did would not have, there are safer products on the market.

We did this job to the best of our ability, the customer walked the job with me the second time, she approved the job before we left the house, bleach is the best product to use against mold and mildew. Thank you Frank Sanchez owner

He arrived at the appointed time. He thorouighly went over the plans with me and after completing the first phase, asked me to check it etc. I asked him to power wash a couple of other areas after he advised me as to how they might look and was pleased as they looked terific. All in all it was an outstanding job and I would hire him again. Today I am enjoying looking at my very clean driveway, deck, house etc. I will recommend the service to others.

Mr. Sanchez was timely, courteous and did an excellent job. My deck looks like it did when it was new. This job also entailed powerwashing the side of our home, driveway and sidewalk. We are very pleased with Blastin Clean and would highly recommend him to others.

He was flexible, and allowed me to reschedule our initials cleaning date. He was courteous, and did a fabulious job. My house, driveway, sidewalk and pool area looked new again. My house is stucco and it looked as if it had been painted after Frank finished. His power washer was commercial grade and he took great care of our home, patio furniture, and foliage while cleaning. I would recommend him to everyone, and will call him for future jobs because it is really hard to find someone as pleasant as Frank and who cares about the quality of work they provided.
