We have appointment for tomorrow.and they are supposed to come and fix my fireplaces. So far so good. Their initial visit was very helpful. I can provide my rating when the project is completed.

worker arrived late, but had called and kept us informed of his late schedule. Work was professionally completed on the date and day agreed, but cost was a little higher than understood. I would use Black Goose again based on the professional work completed.

although our brick repair to our crawl space was just a small job, the technician who arrived made sure the bricks that were selected were a great match. The job was done professionally from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with.

Project: Install a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas)
Black Goose Chimney was always open to any of my questions and concerns. They worked with me every step of the way. I started with a hole in the wall and an old firebox and they replaced everything and put a new fireplace surround on. The work was completed in 2 days and there were no unexpected costs. I am very pleased with their work.
