Responded very quickly, price quote was the lowest I found and final cost was the agreed upon quote. They used alternate access to house (window well in basement) so that minimal tracking through house could be avoided.

We called Joe in a panic and he listened to the description of the problem and diagnosed the problem immediately. He did not charge us to help us and he was such a genuinely nice man! We will use him anytime we need electrical help in the future!

They called me right away and came out the same day. I had some small jobs but they were more than happy to do them and did them in a fast and efficient manner. They were very courteous and knowledgable. They also did a great job cleaning up any messes they made and kept me informed as to what they were doing.
