Before using Service Magic, we had a very hard time getting anyone to respond to our requests for estimates Of the 10 calls we made, only 2 followed through with estimates. The person we initially hired to do the work was very difficult to contact, did not return our calls, and eventually canceled our repair. Ross, from Bismark, called within minutes of my posting the request, gave us an estimate the same day (which was very reasonable), and finished the repair the same week. He was extremely polite and professional. We will definitely use him in the future for gutter cleaning, annual inspections, and any other repairs we need. It is a relief to us to have made contact with someone who is professional, responsive, and reliable. Thank you for sending him our way.
