Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
True to their word of a French drain 10 yr guarantee, Biordi came back to site to fix a remaining problem on basement floor. Work was done well, workers courteous and on time.

Work was done on time, great workmanship and materials, professional and courteous service. Any questions I had were answered that day or the next at the latest. The price quoted was the charge at the completion...no add ons.

Frank and brother are very nice along with the staff. Completed a sidewalk , driveway and refinished the tops of 2 porches and front steps in 3 days. Cleaned up work areas when through. I highly recommend them.

Frank Biordi and his crew were quick and efficient and did a great job on our new stoop and driveway. I would definitely hire them again if I decide to do additional work.

I called and Frank Biordi came by that same day, took my project specs and within that same day I was e-mailed a proposal. The entire process before hiring Biordi took some time because of my very detailed backgound check of their company, references, insurances and then writing up a contract acceptable to them but which they wanted to be more acceptable to me. Trust me when I say I checked them out and they passed with flying colors. They contracted to start on 9/7/2010 and started that day at 8am and continued to work (no weekends due to neighborhood restrictions) till job completed on 9/17/2010, ahead of schedule. The job turned out better than I ever hoped for. Any request made were always listened too and done or modified to be done to my approval. Any issues were always addressed that same day and the office staff was always there to help with any concerns. They are the best contractors I have ever worked with from the owners Ben and Frank Biordi. I can not say enough about the crew assigned to my job of Ralph, Jose, Winston and Lucas. The crew along with the owners Frank and Ben always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were respectful of all my surrounding neighbors. They started at 8am and ended at a decent hour which is important not only to me but to my neighbors. I would never even consider anyone else for any work that they have the ability to do. The care they took installing the 2 very large dry well was fantastic and very scary but having both owners present for that event made me rest assured that no damage would be done to my property or anyone else's. Simply the best and the project I had was very important to us to get done right and right the first time. WOW are we ever happy we found Biordi Construction. If you have any work that falls in their realm...hire them...you will not be sorry.

Excellent contractor-quoted within hours. Performed the job at my convenience and did what they promised in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend to everyone. May use in the future on other projects.
