We customize the systems for the application. We have done thousands of residential applications. We have done work with many different specialty needs in 12 countries. I chose to work in this industry because I met 2 engineers who got me interested in the development of this industry with new designs that make others look like Dinosaurs..I love working in the San Antonio and surrounding areas because the people are very friendly and in need of our services, with all of the many problems in water, both municipally treated and on wells, in the country..We started in this industry in 1986.We describe our business as Rooted in the community

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism & service. After sitting through a water softener presentation from another company, where I felt like I was trapped in a never ending Infomercial, I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized service I received from Biotech. Hank Deutsch spent his time customizing the project for my specific needs (I'm on a well, have an aerobic septic system, and my house was not plumbed for a softener). He did take payment up front, which initially made me nervous, but he and his crew did everything he said they would do. Highly recommend.

The presentation about what would be done while installing a water softened was excellent. It is now installed. The workers were fast and efficient. All in all, we were very pleased with BioTech and would be glad to recommend this company to people who are interested in a water softening system.

Mr. Deutsch contacted me within a few minutes after I logged on to your service. Since he was on his way to work, he stopped by my house to provide the necessary information. Due to the quality of their product , his presentation and proximity to my home, I decided to have them install the water softener. The installation service was performed expeditiously and the workers were very knowledgeable and courteous. They left the area clean and even swept the driveway!!!

Hank and his team were very professional. My softening system works good so far although I have only had it for about two weeks. They do their best to put your yard back together after digging it up. The installation is neat and clean looking. These guys know what they are doing and will do you right.
