Bio Tech called me immediately are were out to the house the next day. I had a severe yellow jacket and wasp infestation and after 24 hours the problem had disappeared. They are great!

I didn't give a 5 for customer service as they were not able to make the first 2 scheduled estimates and I had already left work early to get home in time to meet them before they called to reschedule. I also did not give a 5 for quality because i thought that they were going to remove the yellow jacket nests in my soffets but all they did was spray them. It could just be my mis-understanding and they couldn't remove them until after they sprayed. Other than that it was a great experience working with this company and I will continue to use them.
