We arranged everything by phone. Rick was very accomodating, came in the day after we took possession, completed the work on schedule. He had the condo tested for mold spores when he was done and it was way cleaner than the outside air. The inside was as good as new - we had expected to have to paint but when they finished t was unnecessary. Overall, I give them top rating.

How can you not hire someone who starts out with, "Even if you don't hire me, here's what you need to know about mold." Rick explained about mold health hazards and remediation. He also gave a link to a website that provided links to many mold websites including the CDC and EPA. I got a free education about mold and everything I learned made me sure that he was the one to hire.

The company, the president of the company was wonderful, extremely professional. The person that came and did the remediation was absolute wonderful, extremely professional, people skills. I would not have closed my condo if it with not for Bio Science and the president and the guy that did the remediation.

The Bio West guy came out, determined that we probably didn't have mold but did need some carpet repair. He didn't charge us anything -- and he drove all the way to East Orlando from the Tampa area -- and immediately recommended a guy who came in the following weekend and made the necessary repairs. The Bio West guy was honest, straightforward and clearly knew what he was doing.
