very friendly and accommodating. great job on furniture. they were able to get out makeup stains. i was so pleased, i had them come back to do my carpet.

They did a thorough job cleaning my ducts which were much more difficult than most because of the post and beam construction of the house. They were courteous and knowledgeable and charged a fair price.

John & his son were GREAT, professional and informative. My only disappointment was finding out after the process was underway, that I needed to vacuum the two entire carpets in order to collect the very fine powder-like dirt! That was the main reason I PAID a service to do it! I had back surgery and vacuuming really hurts. When I used to clean and use the rented hot water systems, I used to get 30+ buckets of "Muddy" water, FULL of dark dirt. I didn't see and of that extracted. I'm a little upset to think I still have that dirt in my carpets.
