Prompt, very clean, wonderful customer service, very personable people, from the office people that helped me and my wife out, to the technicians that did a spectacular job on our Termite Treatment and repairs made to all the damage those things did on the inside of my home. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to go threw, switched my pest control over as well, and what a difference from my previous company I had for almost 4 years. I thought all the pest control company’s were the same, Bio-Chem is definitely a step above the rest.

I usually don't do reviews but after my experience with Chris I just had to write this! I came home one evening and happened to see Termite tubes. I saw the reviews Bio-Chem got on here so since I didn't know anywhere else to turn. Imagine my surprise when Chris answered his phone at 8:30pm! I was simply expecting to leave a voice message and have my call returned perhaps 2-3 days later. He was very nice & professional and the best part about it.he was here the next day at the time he stated he would be. when he got here he explained everything like a termite professor!!! he helped us so much! and now no more termite!!!! clean, professional!!

We are out in the desert pretty remote and they came out to spray for spiders and bugs without any service or travel charge. Thanks so much.
