From the first phone contact, the experience was wonderful. Cheerful, helpful, and spontaneous. Service individual was so nice and professional and made the whole service call with personality. Problem was fixed immediately and I loved the whole service call. Price was very satisfactory too. Thank you Bilt Rite.

The repair technician who came out was very courteous, professional and efficient. He quickly repaired my garage door and tested and adjusted the garage door opener before he departed the job site. I was very impressed and pleased with his performance.
