Carl Gungl, of Bilt-Rite Construction has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.I'm a framing carpenter by trade but i got my start in remodeling and home improvement/repair in the winter of 1991. If you remember that was the year of a hard freeze in Sacramento, hundreds of homes in the area had broken water pipes causing major water damage. our job was to remove /replace or reset EVERYTHING !I've learned over the years how to to a proficient worker. a love doing remodels but i also enjoy doing home repairs/handyman work at a fair price. personal service!

Carl is a very nice man and he knew exactly what was wrong with my sliding glass door without looking at it, He was able to come out right away and fixed my door the same day and he fixed it quick for a reasonable fee. I would hire him again and I have already recommended him to my friends!

Carl was here when he said he would be and started the work the next day. He knew where to look for damage which wasn't visible and repaired the roof and siding like it was new. And he did some minor maintenance for me, also.
