Bill called back soon after I used the Service Magic site. I got an appointment the next day. The service guy was a bit late (and didn't call) but there were wrecks all over (people can't drive in the rain). The guy was professional, plesant and did a great job. I had a bad switch replace and a new outet installed. I also had him check another outlet for me but that was fine. The cost was high but average for the service. I will hire them agian.

Electrician very nice and knowledgeable, but I think $125 is a bit pricey for 20 minutes of work! He only changed an outlet.
