This company will show up for a job and claim that they don't have the right part and then demand payment for essentially nothing. In my situation, the part was a very common one whose description I had provided them prior to their arrival. Basically they drove here, told me they didn't have the part and then asked for $150 for doing zero work whatsoever. They weren't ready to work but still charged me for work, leaving me to seriously doubt the ethics of this business and their service to future customers. Go somewhere else that doesn't send out 'empty' trucks. The price was more than… Read Complete Rating The plumber came with a faucet which had a spray attachment that was white -- i would have prefrrd that it match the stainless steel faucet; no one gave me the option. The price was more than $100 over what was quoted for one hour on the phone (nothing ever gets done in an hour). On the plus side, the installation could have been tricky because my kitchen contractor made the sink cutout too close to the back wall. I e-mailed photos to bill harz and they looked at them and brought a faucet with a narrow base. The plumber was competent and I'm happy with the faucet.  See All Ratings
