Small job..used builder's grade materials..no better than pieces removed,just newer. Would have paid for better materials if asked...expensive when compared to materials used.

I was not aware of any issues with the workmanship nor the problem with the materials I used,as I recall the homeowner watched us carry the new tub in the house,if he had a problem I really wish he would have said something at the time.when I left job site everyone was telling me how nice it looked and actually had me write up another estimate for their master bathroom . It is hard to make someone happy if they don't communicate the problem or just ask me questions,I have nothing to hide.I hope anyone reading this review will understand that I really do try to satisfy all customers and want to retain them as future customers Billy

Bill came by and looked at the job, explained what he was going to do. Next morning he was there and got the job done quickly.

Mr. Blankenship cares about his name, his business, and his reputation. He was willing to do whatever to make it right and he did make it right.

Nice guy and good business ethics, but his employees did a poor job of completing the job correctly first time.

we did have a few problems with job,however workmanship was not one of them.we had a manufacturer defect in one of the fittings we used on the gas line so we couldnt get pressure to hold on gas service line.all of this was on or right before new years eve so inspection was put off due to holiday closing at city.I personally stayed on job,made sure everything was correctly done and holding pressure.i can see why the customer was a little frustrated but things happen sometimes that are out of my control or anyones for that matter.this type of problem usually doesnt happen but i can assure you if it does i will do whatever it takes to rectify.

we have since terminated the employee which was responsible for this,i think you will find that we usually leave the jobsite as clean or cleaner than when we began working!my dad has instilled in me since i first began this trade to always cleanup and treat someone elses home as well or better than you would your own.thanks billy jr

Very professional and concerned about doing quality work.

He stayed on schedule, gave attention to detail, made great suggestions, did a really good job!

Even though the install of the 2 water heaters where fine. Unfortunatly I felt the price that I paid was rather high even after the $600.00 discount. Make sure you price check you items before going forward on a project with this company.

They were prompt and did the work as promised to repair a leaking exterior faucet. However, I think they were a little high and unfortunately, the fill material the used around the exterior faucet looks horrible and it's on the FRONT of the house. I'm not sure what we'll do to make it look better, but I told my husband I'll worry about it in the spring. It's just too cold and not on my list of priorities now.
