I think that the actual service they provided and the work that they performed was great, but I was dissapointed to discover from my insurance company that they charged my double for the job knowing that I would probably be reinbursed by my insurance company. I had severe water damage and needed there services and I believe that they took advantage of the situation. they literally told my adjuster that they took full advantage of the situation because they knew that I would be reinbursed. I will not ever use them again nor willI recomend them to any one either.

Tim, the owner and the carpenter were excellent; every time they came to evaluate the project (water leak through Door wall), they made a more refined estimate of the job. I even added a project for the carpenter when I saw his skill -- mounting a 14" mantel. Both projects were done quickly, one under and one at the estimate. I felt completely confident in their identifying the problem, the estimate and that I'd get good results. Thats a great feeling, especially with all the projects we do.

MJM and Bilbrey Construction, did a great job. Even with tenants in the building they were able to work around them and get the job done quicker then quoted. The bathroom came out beautiful and I will be going to them first for any future jobs.

Excellent work, I was very happy. It was better then I expected. It was done on time and everyone did a good job.
