Project: Carpet - Install
terrible!!! they was to be here on a wensday mornning,well they showed up at 1030am..1 man to do the job.. well needless to say he walks in said i was not told to move furniture,and that your on a concrete slab... so he left.well took me 3 hours to get ahold of the office!!! they sent someone out suppose to be here by 330p well did not show til 6pm.! then they did not do anything that night.,because they brought the wrong padding.!!!also Jim the part owner i guess said for me to call him i did twice on thurs. and friday here it is sunday and still nothing from him. my house is still tore up and only have carpet in 2 out of 5 rooms.!!

Project: Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
The tile guys showed up at 11:00 the first day with the wrong tile so no tile was layed the 1st day. They weren't expecting to have to remove the floorboards even though the suggestion came from the salesman not me to make the transition from the wood floors to tile match. The 2nd day I expected them first thing in the morning and they didn't show up until 9:30. The mud didn't have enough time to dry so they couldn't get the grout in that day. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the laminate guy would be done by the end of the 3rd day. I was disappointed to find out that the workman don't work for Floorever floors but are contracted.
