Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
Fred scheduled an appointment with me within a few hours of me contacting him and met with me the next day. He call the day before the work was to begin to confirm. The job was completed in one day. He does excellent work and was on time. He is also trust worthy (left him a set of keys. He had full access to my home and respected my space). I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN!!!!!! His pricing was very very fair. A week eariler I hired another handyman to do the same job. He charged me the same price and stayed half the time and STILL BOTH DOORS LEAKED.

I really liked Fred, and we worked very well together. He was neat and effecient, and speedy, and I don't feel he even thought of overcharging me! I am very happy with the doors and would definitely hire him again. Nice, nicy guy!

Project: Repair Window Frames
An excellent job making the window sills for 2 window. However there was insufficient chalking underneath to keep moisture out. Only some chalking was used, like they ran out and we were told we could finish it off- the moisture wouln't hurt anything. Also we had to clean up all the debre from the old wood and the freshly cut wood and sawdust left behind from cutting the new pieces. I guess the prices you pay to have good work done at a resonable price.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Fred showed up on time and when expected. I had Fred smooth and paint a rough patch done by an electrician after the instillation of a new circuit breaker panel. Thought the smoothing was just okay. I had the paint and that was done okay. Had a couple of walls in a bedroom that needed patching and painting. The patch seemed fine but he did not match the paint. Had to call him and have him return to match and repaint the areas he had just painted.

paint matching was done where customer suggested (and from customer's paint can). The fact that the paint had to be matched a second time was not a reflection on the contractor, but on the paint department.

Project: Repair Window Frames
Fred was able to come out the same day we called and fix our window pulleys that had been damaged in connection with a house painting project. More imprtantly, he fixed the pulls be removing the windows from the outside of the house, which resulted in no damage to the interior window casing. The cost of his repair was also very reasonable. I personally called Fred to thank him for his assistance and would gladly hire him again.
