Bighorn was diligent about getting the repairs done, even with interruptions and delays due to weather. They called every day to let me know the status of the repair, cleaned up afterward, and stuck to the price. We chose to have repairs done now in advance of winter weather, but will consider a new roof in the spring.

These guys are great! At first, I started to go with another company, and even then, Bighorn gave me advice even though I wasn't going to use them. That shows they are concerned about customers. After having the worst experience, it was nice to have the best experience. I carry their cards with me to refer other people because you want your friends to have a great experience, too. Me and my 2 neighbors used them ... we are all very happy, they took care of everything replacing our 3 roofs.

This company maintained good communication throughout the process. The quality of work is very good and the representative was very responsive to requests to make changes in areas that were difficult to initially assess and repair.
