The quality of work was good on the window pane repair I had them perform and the price was reasonable, but they had told me they would have the window 2 - 3 days and they had it 5 or 6. When I called to ask when it would be done on the 3rd day I was told it hadn't been started yet. The woman I spoke with was a little snippy when I stated that I was told it would be done in 2 - 3 days. So maybe they need a little help on customer service

John and his guys did a great job. They were there when he said they would be, repaired broken windows and cleaned up afterward. a quality job for a fair price. i would recommend them and will definetly call them for future projects!

If they dont find a part they should keep the customer informed on status. But i had to be behind them all the time for updates.

Job was measured on a Friday and installed the next Friday. The missing part was not available for several days. The customer was informed of this.
