The contractor Phil and his adjunct Randy tried their best, and the job was a tragi-comedy of errors. The weather did not help, but even in good weather the crew was always undermanned and while courteous and prompt, far from professional. The estimate was inaccurate; we agreed to split the extra cost. I believe this job left all of us dis-satisfied--crew, Big City, and homeowners.
