I wish to do the rating of the gentlemen that I contacted thru Servicemaster,His name was Brian Bierbaum,of Bierbaum @ Sons.He came in found the problem and was done quite quickly,even went up to my scary attic,and after he was done,the charge was not scary,give Mr.Bierbaum a 5 star rating for me.

The co. got my request for an estimate and, without contacting me, went to the project and started the job. Never found or fixed the problem, but completed an alternate solusion and charged me $270.

Service was incredibly fast, the job was completed within 48 hours of my first call. I hired the work for a rental property 2hours away from where I live so I needed someone who would be responsive and able to make a repair without too much time spent troubleshooting. I had a problem with an outdoor motion detector, which they informed me was cheaper to replace than repair. I will definitely contacting them again for my future electrical needs in the Sacramento area.
