Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
They did a quality job on our spring clean-up, but he quoted low on the mulch and man hours (off by 20 hours?! Yikes!). Like many contractors, once they were here, the project expanded. I feel like I got hosed literally and figuratively! Carefully review any quote. Next time, would prefer to go with others who were more thorough in their estmates and approach. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is

the fact that i was contacted at all is a good thing. I hired this company for seasonal lawn care so it's too premature to tell if service overall is up to snuff. however, owner seems knowledgable and trustworthy.

Showed interest in doing the job even though it's a small, unglamorous yard. Showed up on time, did a very good job, and left the place immaculate. I am very happy so far.

I liked it that Don was very responsive and immediately had a team over within a couple of days. However, I paid $250 for an hour's worth of work. I expected more detail with 3 guys working. Basically they only mowed and trimmed hedges but didn't do the more detailed weeding and touch up expected around the garden. Grass was not cut short enough so will need to be mowed again within a week. It simply wasn't the outcome I expected for $250.
