Glen was very professional, arrived before I did, and conducted a very thorough inspection. He told me that he inspects a home as if his children were going to live there, and I believe this to be true. Glen spent nearly three hours looking at my small two-story and this was a Friday evening. A few days later we met again at the home to retrieve the radon device and Glen continued to give me advice and recommendations. You can easily see that he takes his job and home safety very seriously. I would definitely recommend Beveridge Inspections to friends.

We were in a time crunch to get the inspection completed and Glen quickly responded to my request for a Saturday inspection. We have bought 9 homes and I can say without reservation that Glen provided the very best inspection I've had. He was knowledgeable and very detailed in his inspection. He focused on the major items which was what I was looking for. His report was concise without a lot of fluff that many inspectors insert as boilerplate, and very timely. I can't recommend Glen highly enough.

He was very thorough in his evaluation and very professional. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Be prepared to spend a few hours going through the inspection, but very worth the time.

Mr. Beveridge was very knowledgeable about all aspects on doing my home inspection. The scope of services sheet he sent in advance was very helpful and more detailed then I expected. He was very thorough and courteous. I would recommend him again in a second! Don Wood - Shaler Township

Beveridge Inspection did a good job checking out hte house. He spent time with me and went over each item and delivered a good reqport. He akso did the Radon testing and went over the results with us. Professional, couteous and friendly

Mr. Beveridge was very curtious and professional. He made us feel adease and comfortable. He was very thourogh in his insepction and did not leave one stone unturned, he took the time to explain things as well as point things out that need to be looked at, fixed, replaced ect. If I ever buy another house, or need a good solid professional, that is honest n sincere and loves what he does for a living , I would not hesitate to give Berveridge Inspections a call.
