Working with Jeff was a breeze. Even during his vacation he responded to our emails. We got a thorough inspection of or foundation and suggestions on the best economic method to fix the crack under our I-Beam pocket. Jeff Thomas was very personable but professional. He seems very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough visual evaluation of the situation. He was prompt and provided complete written documentation for the structural issue at hand. His expertise combined with previous information and photographs provided the peace of mind needed to sell the property.

I was treated with respect. The engineer was prompt and he was very thorough. I am not a structural engineer, so I really appreciated his candidness and ability to explain the issue. I would definitely highly recommend Betzwood Associates for other projects.
