Elaine, and I discussed my home cleaning needs and gave me a bid. Elaine contacted me early A.M. and came over at 10:00a.m. I was very impressed with Elaine's professional mannerism and I'm very confident in maintaining her services once we begin in May. My initial starting time is May and she is in Agreement with my financial status at this time. I will rate the above request after she begins to work for me.....Eleanor

Very thorough and friendly service. Bette brought an excellent husband and wife team. We looked through the entire house to discover what needed to be done and what needed extra care. They cleaned everything very well and sparkling clean, leaving the whole place smelling great. Highly recommended.

We completed extensive remodeling on a house we purchased. There was dust everywhere, on hardwood floors, windows and shelves. (Write name) cleaned it all up. She came back to clean a second time after additional dust settled from the residue of the construction. She also did a very good job of cleaning our basement. She was responsible, thorough and took pride in performing good work. We recommend her service highly.

I walked through and provided a detailed list what needed done but many things were done sloppy or not ceompleted at all. The cleaning was not very good overall though bathtub and sinks, were cleaned well. Stove, kitchen blinds, washer/dryer, window frames and many other items on the list were not even touched (full of dirt and dust).

Lilly is mistaken with someone else. Lily told my crew manager, Tony, he was exceptional, and was happy with the work. Tony had crew even clean window screens, of which was not included in price, but did so as extremely dirty and dusty. Also windows cleaned, floor boards, were cleaned as well. This is usually an extra charge, but was happy to do so. The neighbor came in, Tony, Crew Manager, said to Tony "it looks beautiful in here", as neighbor saw it when tenant moved out. Furthermore, neighbor requested us to clean their place. Theretofore, Lily is mistaken and just wanted to pay less after all was done.

Great attitude but horrible rushed economic cleaning service. I would never hire them again after the first time.

He wanted floor boards done and clean all windows and window ledges, of which is an extra charge. He called us back and we worked out a weekly cleaning for him, whereby Elaine and Wil take care of him. Worked out a price with windows done every other week. We are still to this date 9/27/2011 cleaning for him.

I had Elaine cleaning my house for over an year. The only reason I didn't discontinue her service sooner is because she offers good enough quality for the price. However, she is very unreliable; she doesn't show up and never bothers calling. In the year that I had her cleaning my house, I don't think she was on time once and choose not to show up endless times. She also brought over very inexperienced people.

We worked for this lady for 2 years and we did a lot for her and she was happy with us. She went out of country and consistently stood us up. Then she wanted me to do all he dishes by hand and this is not something that we do then to she wanted to extend the hourly rate with no compensation so we had to cancel. With this activity she became vengeful and posted a poor rating and this is being disputed

They did a great job cleaning the whole house!! I would recommend Bette's Maids to any landlord and any tenant who is moving out and needs to make sure they are going to get their security deposit back! The carpet's are so clean now too...the previous cleaner couldn't even get the stains out. Thanks Bette's Maids!!
