Brandon and his team did a great job on our trees. He came out for a quote right away and we felt he really listened to our concerns and was very thoughtful in his approach to our oddly-shapen, overgrown trees. When they came back to do the work, his communication to us (since it was done during the work day) was very clear, and we are very pleased with the work. They cleaned everything up afterwards and the yard looks wonderful. Thanks Brandon, we can now see the pond from our house!

Did a very good job quickly and cleaned up right away and we were very pleased with the job. A few days later the stump was take out also. We would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and his team were so professional. Hard working, cleaned up everyday, did an amazing job and even more than what I asked for. His prices were by far better than other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mine was a HUGE job...big Silver Maple, a pine tree, Lilac bush and he cut and trimmed to perfection.

I rarely give all 5 stars to a company, but Better Image deserves it. They went out of their way to be flexible with my particular circumstance, and there were no hidden fees or costs when I requested a change half-way through the process. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Better Image did a great job. The bid was very reasonable, they were there within a few days to do the job and the work and clean up were top notch. I would definitely recommend Better Image to anyone needing trees taken down.

I received professional and very quick service. My initial contact with the compoany representative was cordial and the representative seemed to understand my problem and what was needed immediately. The representative offered some suggestions based on my description of the problem.
The service person arrived on time to give me an estimate on the job and upon my approval the work was started about 2 hours later. The work was completed as requested; the yard was cleaned, after the tree limbs were cut and all debris removed. The guys respected my neighbor's property as I had requested. Excellent job!
