Tom was a really nice guy, but underbid project to get the work & then never made it a priority. He was never on-site & I ended up being the one dealing w/ all his subs. It was a HUGE project, we gutted a 3 story house & replaced EVERYTHING, only leaving exterior walls. We really needed him to serve the role as GC & manage his people, which again didn't happen. His carpenters & electriacians were good, plumber was a pain to deal w/ & never completed his portion of the project. His HVAC guy cut a lot of corners, & did not do the best job. I paid Tom in full but he never paid his electricician, who is now coming after me for payment

The work done on this job was mostly done by his cousins. He used me as General Contractor to 2 story build porch and do some structural work inside building. He had plans drawn up by an architect that never even seen project. There were so many mistakes that the project took 5 times longer than it should have. I gave them my subs as he said he had to money to pay additional costs. I gave them to him at no charge. He tried to put a third apartment in basement with a kitchen. It is a zoned a 2 apartment building and that was against village code. I would not subject myself to this as it would jeopardize my license as a General Contractor.

Tom Hooper and his crew are phenominal, thorough, very detailed in all of our kitchen remodeling. Pleasant, couldn,t be more accomodating to work with. Our friend saw their work, and even though unfinished, has already contacted tom for his Kitchen project. We are so glad and thankful to find such an honest and forthright contractor.

Everything was handled very well and professionaly, we could not have asked for a better service professional.

Sun room with skylights,wet bar,can lighting,deck, ceramic tile floor, Anderson windows, cathedral ceilings and many extra's.

He has not done my bathroom yet but will be starting in approx. two weeks. In the meantime he replaced all my windows and the facia on the outside of the house and did an excellent job.

Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Remodeled entire exterior of house including windows, siding, sofit & facia, gutters and downspouts. After completion did the house next door.
