Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Fantastic - responded immediately, even when told that I hired someone else, gave me suggested diagnosis & resolutions by phone. When the other provider a. didn't arrive asap (after suggesting he would) and then b. called 45 mins after our appt the next morning to say he wouldn't arrive for at least 2 hrs, I called Eleazar. He arrived in 45 mins (exactly as promised), diagnosed the problem and gave est. of cost and timing. Eleazar arrived next day w/parts, made all necessary repairs, did light maintenance and was on his way. No real context for pricing, but I was happy to pay to get my tenant warm! I learned a lot too!

Eleazer is a really great guy. He was helpful and very honest. He helped me with this problem over the phone. Most other contracters would have came out fixed the problem and took the money without even blinking an eye.. Kudos to Bestco! i hope God blesses you continuously!

Small job done professionally. Just required replacing an electrical switch. Charged me $60.00 which I think is expensive but I wanted to get it done.
