The guy who came cleaned a big sunroom windows in 20 minutes, my family very high windows cause it's high ceiling and other high windows in the house in very little time. I couldn't see the result of the cleaning right away because it was the afternoon and the sun wasn't shining through the windows to be able to see the horrible work. the next morning when the sun came up I could see all the dirt smudged on my windows and they were actually dirtier than before. I didn't call to complain because I got very busy.

This customer was very difficult to please...No matter what I tried to do, she was never satisfied and very critical...It's amazing how people won't clean their windows for years and then they'll call someone to clean their windows and expect a completely spotless job!...

Mr. Howard was a doll and I was very happy with the service. My windows look great. The only recommendation I have is that his rags were pretty smelly by the time he got to my house in the afternoon. He should make sure he has fresh rags for each job.
