they dont provide a written estimate at the beginning they just go by emails. they dont provide you with a finished itimized project bill either. they just give you a piece of paper that says u owe this amount. There guys hurry alot, which raises red flags to me, and they dont caulk everythng that they should. they have to come back out and fix things which they are an hr. away from me. Some of the sash clips dont work properly. if u find things wrong its cause I either didnt ask for them or im not operating the window right. They do have alot of room for improving. They definatley were the cheapest out of about 5 companies.

Our windows were installed in the month of December, not a month I would have chosen, but due to a problem we discovered late in the fall, this group ordered them and had them installed before Christmas.
They did what they said they were going to do, straight talk and not pressure.

It was a really good experience. They were organized, on time, very professional, the work was thorough and neat. I really appreciate the job they did and the time that they did it in. And we came in right on budget.

The price for my replacement storms was 30-50% below the other two quotes I got. Within 30 days he had has installer out who was amazingly efficient and thorough. I commented to him that he worked like he owned the company. I could not have been more pleased.

They responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion. They were very informative and offered me several replacement window options. They worked with me to be sure that I would receive the style window for my specific needs (double hung verses casement, grids in the front of the house, frosted windows in the bathroom, etc...). The price they quoted was what they charged me, no hidden costs or additions for minor changes. The installation crew was very professional, polite and focused. The project was completed as scheduled with little disruption to my family. I would definitely recommend Best Value Windows for your home improvement projects.

They arrived as promised and removed 10 windows and installed 11 replacement windows. The windows meet the energy ratings as promessed and they look great.The work was done in a profesional and skilled manner. The workers showed that they enjoy there jobs and made sure it was done correctly
