I was very specific about what I wanted done:  I wanted an FM antenna put on my roof to receive a specific FM station.  I asked what antenna Best Systems would recommend.  Ernest, the owner, put up the antenna, but after he left I realized that it was not the right antenna, and it was not oriented correctly.  I called him back a few times, but he never returned the call.  He was prompt in comming over to do the work, but after he got the money, he was no longer interested in me.  I think he, at least, owes me a return call.  I am getting someone else to do the job correctly.
