Project: Build an Addition
Greg is kind, prompt, and delivered what he promised. Our contact was exactly what we got, materials didn’t change and nor did the price. I have 2 toddlers and had concerns about an addition; I thought about noise, dangerous materials, cursing, and having strangers in my home. However that wasn’t the case. Construction was quieter than expected. Everyday materials were cleaned up. I never heard cursing of any form. Lastly they never disturbed my home or even interrupted nap time. The addition was better than I could have imagined! I thank Greg & his hard working team. I look forward in the future to using Best Quality Builders again.

Project: Build an Addition
From start to finish Greg has performed in a professional manner. I just found out that he is a carpeter by trade. His crews shows up on time and does what is asked of by Greg as well as myself. At sometime during this project I had at least 10 people at my house at once but all of them are doing their own job and working well together. Greg as well as his crew are very professional and respects your property. I would highly recommend Best Quality Builders. Greg (Best Quality Builders) came in as a worker but left as a freiend and someone that I would not blink twice to hire again and plan too when I am ready to remodel my basement.

We had a brilliant experience with our addition project. The cost, attitude of owner and worker who worked long hours well into the evening, efficiency, and skill was unparallel to other companies we have seen. We would highly recommend them without any hesitiation.

We were surprised at how great our experience was and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to do a home construction project. Greg (the owner) was incredibly prompt at returning emails and phonecalls and very responsible with all communications regarding quotes, insurance, etc. John (the construction worker)was also incredibly efficicent, courteous, and hard working and got our project done at a brilliant speed. . The cost of our project was also more reasonable than other bids we received, especially because they predicted less time to do our job than other constructors. All in all, an excellent company and we would use them again!

Greg was very customer oriented, he did every thing he said he would. Value/quality of project great, would use again for other projects. Received a much higher quote from a much larger company, but it was Gregs passion for his business is why we choose him. Very happy with the decision.

Project: Build an Addition
2nd story addition completed on schedule. Excellent work by skilled crew often working long days and 6 days a week. Revisions at my request during construction were "no problem" at very reasonable rates. Greg's can do attitude and cost saving suggestions separated them from the others

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Did an excellent job on window instillation. Porch job should start in the next few weeks. Porch job was excellent, done on time and added to the beauty of the building.

Project: Build an Addition
Wow. I had several quotes from many different contractors. Not only did BQB have the best price but they had the best solutions for how I wanted it. Everyone else either didn't have the knowledge or were trying to cut corners to make their job easier. Even though it seems he's a one man band he has a huge crew that comes in and does a super clean professional job. I was shocked when I came home from work how awesome it looked. There were some minor things that I think could've been done slightly differently but it was my fault for not being home to change it. The crew just did what they thought best. I'd will hire him again.
