Steve and Andy are great! At the same time of our furnace needing to be checked and some other work that needed to be completed, my mother in laws furnace had problems and we asked Steve to check it out and he was able to take care of her within 24 hours with a new install of furnace, etc.....Thanks guys - we will see you in the Spring!

Steve showed up within a couple hours of my call to fix heater on coldest day of the year. Then came back a couple days later on request to tighten a few things up. Very knowledgable, explained everything, and gave me options to choose from. House is warmer and cozier than it's ever been after fixing and replacing 20yr old inferior unit that came with house 10yrs ago. They are now my "goto" guys for heating and cooling services. Thx!

LOL...More like WORST HEATING & COOLING. Very unprofessional; Mike came out because the blower motor in my furnace was not working. He took out the blower wheel assembly, which has the blower motor in it and left to get a new one. 3 hours later he returned and said it should only be 15 minutes to put back in. I can tell he is having trouble reinstalling the blower wheel assembly because it is extremely loud every time he turns it back on. 45 minutes later 2 more guys show up and go down to help. Mike then leaves without saying anything to me. The two guys then come up after 20 minutes more and say it's working. It is still very loud b

Steve arrived promptly and explained the problem thoroughly. He ended up fixing the mess that another company had made, and used parts which the other company had claimed were faulty. I was charged only for the labor. He took the time to explain exactly what he did.
