I gave him 1200.00 and he was here for 2 hours removing the old floors and he cash the check that day and I had a hard time trying to get him started putting my tile down and when he did he likes to work only few hours and then leave and i was not going to give anymore money until I seen more work done and he has not finished the job yet. He gave us a great price and work. We are happy with our shower and he did a good job. Although there were times when contractor wasn't at the job site when he said he will be but he always made a point to call us and inform us.
