I was very pleased. The repairmen were prompt and did an exceptional job. I was so relieved to find someone whose pricing was very fair. I had researched the torsion spring repair, and they were the first to quote me based on the actual price of the springs and the labor cost was very reasonable. I cant say enough about the great service I received.

These technicians showed up on time . They got on the job right away .They did a great job , even repairing a part of the door that had been bent and the roller wasn't stable in the track .Repaired that just because it needed fixing . Balanced the door , the opener is so much more quiet thanks to his balancing of the door . All in all i am VERY happy with the job done by these technicians and company . They were prompt , personable , and in my opinion did an outstanding job . I would highly recommend them !!

After being contacted by several vendors to fix my Liftmaster Gate opener I was shocked at the wide range of diagnosis for the problem I received. In one case I was told, it was the motor and would cost an estimated $1,500 to repair! Best Door had their technician contact me and based on the 'same' information I gave to the other vendors was able to accurately diagnose the problem as something as simple as 'new batteries'!! The came out the next day, took care of the problem and were kind enough to return to program the gate opener inside my wife's car so she no longer needed an external clicker but could use the built in opener in her car

Best Door Service was a life saver. Called several places Best Door was the only one who said they will have someone out in 1Hr. I received a call from repair man (Kenneth) he was on his way. Professional, Honest. Kenneth pointed out some other problems I had. Gave me a quote right on the spot. No pressure, my choice to get the work done. Fair Pricing, Great work. Fast and accurate. I have already recommended Best Door to many of my friends !!
